- Client Education and Data Approvals: We educated our clients and secured their approval to use their nonpublic data with AI responsibly.
- Team Training: We conducted a series of AI learning and development sessions, which remain ongoing.
- Tool Access: We provided ChatGPT for Teams access to all client-facing team members.
- R&D Investments: We invested in research and development to ensure we had the right products and processes to release when the team was ready.
With that in mind, we’re excited to publicly share the release of our Base Level CustomGPTs, making these tools available as a foundation for human-AI collaboration across the industry.
What is a ‘Base Level’ CustomGPT?
In 2024, our team analyzed 167 recurring deliverables at Seer to uncover where AI could provide the most value. From this analysis, we discovered three common tasks that could infuse AI into approximately 80% of Seer deliverables.
